Dr. Shetty completed his masters in Orthodontics at the Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore in 2002.
Dr. Shetty completed his MDS in 2002 from the Dept. of Orthodontics, Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore.
He is a professor in Orthodontics at Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore.
He is Invisalign(TM) certified and has undergone training in Micro-implants and Lingual orthodontics at Daegu, S.Korea.
He has been engaged in PG Teaching and is engaged in private practice limited to Orthodontics, both for 17 years.
He has been an invited speaker at five IOS conferences and has spoken on 'Biomechanics for efficient Micro-implant assisted retraction'.
He has been awarded the 2nd place for competitive paper in the clinical category presented at IOC, Ahmedabad.
He is a member of the Executive committee of the Indian Orthodontic Society(IOS) 2019-20.
